In another couple of months, I’m planning to move my family into a new house. After five years spending my daily life on house rent, I think it’s time for us to live on a private house. I bought the house on loan with low interest which I got from my friend, Mike. He has a better job on the other state, rather than left the house to another person, he preferred to offer me to handover the house with a low interest loan. It was a great offer for me, so I took it without further consideration.

The house is quite large for us since it provides six rooms and two additional small rooms. We only have two children so the rooms would be useful when my children’s grandma or uncle visit us. The livingroom is quite representative for us to get enjoyment and relax after a full day of activity. By the way, Mike gave us his home theater as a bonus for our purchase so we don’t need buy another one. It’s a 64″ television and we never have it before.

One of my excitements about the house is the bathroom suites. Well, honestly I always dream about a bathtub and shower inside my bathroom. And now the dream has come true.

Internet Marketer, Website Publisher, Affiliate Marketer, those are words which I often heard as I browsed through a digital jungle called web. At first I didn’t pay any attention to what those words were referring. I thought that marketing were only for people who wants to sell their products online. I’m neither a product owner nor a website publisher, so I thought those words wouldn’t make any impact to me.

But it was six months ago. Since I’m running a blog for six weeks, I recognized that I could have the opportunity to earn some money from the internet. To become an internet marketer, don’t need to have a product or software to sell. All I need to have is a website, and my blog could do the job.

My blog is talking about accounting and related services. From the monthly statistic, it attracts nearly 300 unique visitors per day. That’s a good amount since the blog has just been running for one and a half month. From the other blogs and resource, such numbers would be able to generate some bucks. I started to place some AdSense ads inside the content, and in a week it gave me two figures already. It’s not a bad result, wasn’t it?

I know that there’s more opportunity out there to help me collect online revenues. Bigger bucks can be earned by joining commission program which every payment made upon purchases of things we referred. Last night I discovered about Clickbooth Affiliate Network. I think I’m gonna give it a try tomorrow.

I believe that you may ever experience this. As you walk in to the parking lot, you were taking the straight path, took the left turn after the third column. With the car key in hand, you were in a full confident that you’d find your car on the spot. Unfortunately, you found nothing there but other’s car. You didn’t find your car and that made you head back to where you came from. You feel silly.

You were hoping for a system that would help you find your car without making mistake on direction. Fortunately, such technology has been applied to one of the busiest airport on the globe: the Heathrow.

Using the technology, any driver will be guided to an empty slot to park the car without the guessing game. In reverse, driver could also easily locate their parked car from the busy parking lot simply by inserting the parking ticket into a machine that has a 32in screen displaying a 3-D map. Practically, the technology will saves more gas consumption as any driver will need to wander around to check if there is any empty slot, rather than heading directly to a certain slot.

The system might be the only one that installed around the world, but somehow there should be an advance to the program, so it can be installed anywhere on any parking spaces. Looking for your car will just as easy as looking for rent parking spaces that could be done within a minute. This way, technology really saves our life.

Driving car in London could be something different for everyone outside the country since they have the different side of traffic. People like me would have to adapt for a certain times for not to ride on the wrong side of the road. It’s a kind of difficult to ride on the left side road and the left side steer.

I don’t know why England put their traffic on the different side rather than other European countries, but from several tales I heard, it aroused from the Middle Ages. It’s said that every traveler on that day usually put themselves on the left side of the road to protect them from bandits. As they pass on other stranger (whose supposed to be bandit), they could easily draw their sword which located on the left side of their body with the right hand.

It’s the tales and this is the reality. As well as the traffic side difficulties, another thing that I face in this country is the parking spaces. Since the vehicles are growing in numbers, the parking spaces are quite difficult to have. This means I cannot park my car anywhere I want and leave it on a safe state.

According to this situation, some businesses are raising their profits by renting parking spaces. Some London parking spaces like Spring Gardens, Westminster demands £3,525.00 for the annual fee. The other place on Bourchier Street which near the Piccadily Circus station, is putting the £450.00 on a monthly basis.

It’s quite expensive, but I think it’s better to pay rather than be sorry since I could just have the risk of being vandalized.
