Here list of Rapidshare/Megaupload similar sites all around the net. It based on searching on google.com, and unordered, so it is not based on popularity.

• http://www.badongo.com/ - Free file hosting service that enables user to upload unlimited files (up to 1 GB per file), with no sign up required to upload or download. But upon sign up user will gain more advantages called ‘Badongo Buddy’ features, this feature will unlock access to many tools such as photo gallery/album, multiple uploads, drag and drop upload via IE, search uploaded files etc. Download accelerator is not supported here.
• http://filecargo.com/ - host as many files as you wish, limited maximum 50MB per file without sign up, you can also attach the upload box into your web. Also after upload, there are list of recently uploaded files showed here. Download accelerator is not supported here.
• http://www.filecrunch.com/ - Haven’t tested yet, but it is written that filecrunch supports download accelerator on each uploaded files, it is a fast, easy and free file hosting unlimited files with up to 250 MB per file size. It also auto generating code to embedd it in forums, blogs, email etc.
• http://www.filefactory.com/ - Upload and download files without have to register it first, but upon registration you will able to track downloaded file, create file & music widget etc. 300 MB is the maximum size per file, upload unlimited file. Haven’t tried with download accelerator.
• http://www.filehosting.cc/ - offers a free file hosting and free file sharing, with unlimited downloads, and up to 200 MB size per file, unlimited upload. Only premium account supports download accelerator.
• http://www.mediafire.com/ - No sign up required to upload or download from mediafire, upload unlimited amount of files, each file up to 100MB filesize, and it supports download accelerator to resume broken download.
• http://www.megaupload.com/ - Up to 500MB filesize upload limit per file, unlimited files to upload and download, no need to register to download or upload here. But registered (free) user have many advantages, including resuming broken download and upload support.
• http://www.rapidshare.com/ - upload limit: unlimited, maximal 100MB size per file, no sign up required, unlimited download, absolutely no download accelerator supported for free account.
• http://www.megashares.com/ - the single session upload limit is 10 gigabyte, it can be a single file or multiple files. Also it supports download manager on it free service.
• http://www.filefront.com/ - specialized in game patch downloads, game downloads although it also applicable for file free hosting. Haven’t any clue yet..lol
• http://www.f-forge.com/ - redirected to a file hosting company.
• http://www.freefilehosting.org/ - down?
• http://www.sendspace.com/ - send big files in easy way with sendspace, unlimited uploads with up to 300MB filesize per file, unlimited download, no sign up required. Only premium user member (sendspace Max) can resume broken download.
• http://www.turboupload.com/ - maximum size per file is 70MB, turboupload.com is in beta test. Haven’t tested the download accelerator support.
• http://www.zshare.net/ - zShare is Free File Hosting, free Image hosting, Free Video Hosting, Free Audio Hosting and Free Flash Hosting. Up to 100MB per file on upload, and upload as many as you wish, unlimited download, no hot linking to files, files with no download activity in 60 days will be removed from server. Not supporting download accelerator
• http://www.rapidupload.com/ - unlimited upload, with 300MB maximum each, unlimited download, files in 30 days inactivity will be deleted, download accelerator is not supported. Don’t any premium member available here.
• http://www.putstuff.com/ - redirected to putstuff.putfile.com, is a free file hosting, no registration needed, with maximum size per file 100MB, files will be removed from server after 30 days no download activity. Download accelerator is not supported.
• http://www.putfile.com/ - Free registration needed to upload files, once registered registered user are able to upload files and files will not be removed from server as long as it’s not violate the TOS. Maximum file size is different between files, image file is up to 5 MB while others (video, audio, flash) is up to 200MB.
• http://www.sharebigfile.com/ - unregistered user have limited up to 75 MB filesize to upload, while the free registered user get maximum filesize two times bigger. Also it written that both account (unregistered and registered) support download accelerator (I haven’t tested yet).
