If you’re outside of North America, Latin America, and Japan, AdSense referrals will be retired.
It was not surprise me, since I never placed AdSense Referral link in my blog. My reason was, that a hundred dollars was a way to high to get for a new publisher, eventhough latter AdSense team adjust the time range, to around 3 months.
But if you place the link in your blog/website, and you’re ouside of North America, Latin America and Japan, you better strip those link out and replace it with another product’s referrals or AdSense Link Unit.
