Image ads without Ads by Google
While most of AdSense publishers choose to display text ads inside content hence the ads will blend well with contents. I try to display an image ads stands out outside content.
Text ads inside content I presume will drive higher Click Thru Rate than image ads that stands out of the content. But, don’t forget that some of the image ads do not display Ads by Google per default. I think this kind of image ads will compete with a common text ads in click thru rate.
Check sample ads below:
The first ads, only displays an url with very small com extension, no Ads by Google label, the second ads there is even no URL address written, so as the third ads.
My Thought
There’s no hurt to leave our comfort zone for a while to try a different placement, a different kind of ads, or even a different ads network, just to fulfill the curiosity.
