Clock Photo-taken with canon EOS 350D

This photo was taken with Canon Digital Camera EOS 350 D, canon 70-200mm f/4 L, ISO 200.

I measured the light at inside clock’s shadow (near III mark), underexpose by 1 stop, f/4 and go..
The light was from the window’s sunlight, at about 15.00 o’clock.
Please critique this digital photo.
