There are lot of seo contests were held since 2005 and the the first (nationwide) seo contest in this year is seocontest2008. Requirements to participate in this seocontest2008 are easy for almost all of us that love to surf online.

The 1st prize is a whooping $1000 and for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th winner is $100 cash via paypal. I’m not interested to participate this kind of contest, because I have no SEO background and I think there is no way to win this contest.

Eventhough I don’t enter the seocontest2008 arena, I still efforting a lot of supports for one of Indonesian SEO and SEM that also is my friend. Unfortunately I can unveil his name right now :). But I hope he is going to be a winner!
